Credit Card Orders
Candy’s Cottage reserves the right to request additional evidence for proof of billing information. For your protection, your order may be delayed while we confirm the billing information. Candy’s Cottage may cancel an order if fraudulent activity is suspected. We also reserve the right to refuse to process any order from customers with a previous fraudulent order history record through our company or any other. If you contest the validity or amount of the charge related to an order, please email us to research the charge for you. When emailing, please provide your first and last name; the last 4 digits of the credit card, and the amount of the charge(s). Filing a dispute with your credit card company prior to allowing us the opportunity to prove the validity of the charge will be treated as a fraudulent act and reported to the credit card company as a violation of your credit card agreement. Candy’s Cottage will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any fraudulent activities related to the reversal of a valid charge for any order filled and delivered.
Shipping Costs
Shipping and processing fees represent the cost to process your order; handling and packaging the products you purchase and delivering them to you. Deliveries that are returned by the carrier, due to an incorrect address, an incomplete address, undeliverable, or unclaimed will incur a $5.00 administration fee and any associated shipping costs with the original shipment; return or re-shipment. Returns + Exchanges
Products may be returned within 14 days from the original delivery date. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained for all return packages. Original shipping costs will not be credited. You will receive a credit card refund, less a 25% restocking fee.
